  1. How do I order Bunting in the style I would like? 

A: You can order your Name or Age bunting from our shop. First you can select your favourite colour scheme and then how many letters and picture flags you need. Upon checkout you can tell us your childs name and what images you wish to be on the flag.

  1. How do I add my child’s name to the bunting option?

A: At checkout there is a note box where you can input your childs name.

  1. Can I see all the color options you have?

A: All colour options are available to view in the portfolio. If you dont see one that suits your needs please use the contact us page and we can design your custom order.

  1. How long will my order take to arrive? 

A: We aim to have all orders completed and dispatched within two weeks. If you have a rush order please contact us and we can let you know if we can accommodate your timeline. 

  1. I have a hen do coming up. Can I  order custom items for 20 people?

A: Yes! We would be happy to create any custom orders with you. Please use the contact page to let us know your ideas! 

  1. My wedding is coming up next summer. How do I go about ordering wedding items for my big day? 

A: We have a number of  bouquets and accessories on our website available to order. If you have a large order or have a specific vision in mind, please contact us directly so we can have everything you need ready for your special day.

  1. How do I book you to be the florist for my wedding?

A: We provide a consultation service for large wedding orders either in person or over zoom for Brides and Grooms. During this process we discuss colour themes and flower choices as well as budget.  We can create samples and moodboards of your selections. Please use the contact page to get in touch with us and start this exciting process!

  1. How do I keep my items looking well for years to come?

A: Please view the care instructions on the website so that you can best take care of your items.

  1. How much does it cost to ship my purchases?

A: Please view our shipping policies to understand how much it will cost to ship your items.

  1. I have a problem with my order. How do I get in contact with you?

A: The best way to  contact us about an issue is via email using [email protected] or by using the contact page on our website cbckdesigns.ie. We are also available for quick queries during office hours through DM on instagram or facebook.

  1. Where are you based?

A: CBCK Designs has a studio in Naas, Co. Kildare, Ireland. We do not currently have a shop front. You can see all our available products on our website [email protected] or on our Instagram and Facebook pages.

  1. How can I pay for my items?

A: We currently offer two types of payment methods. We offer secure payment through PayPal as well as through credit card via Stripe.

  1.  How can I apply for a refund?

A: We do not offer refunds on any custom made or personalised items. Please see the shipping and returns page for more details on returns and refunds.

  1. Are these products toys?

A: None of the products we sell are classified as toys. All items are to be used under the strict supervision of adults.
